Rondo & Mvmnt (15 mins)
Setup- mark out 2 8x8 squares. 6 players at each. 4 attackers. 2 defenders.
Description- 4v2 rondo. 4 min rondo, 2 min mobility, 4 min rondo, 2 min stability
Coaching points- ball carrier has 2 good options at all times (width and depth), choosing quickly

Position Play (15 mins)
Setup- mark an area 15x25. 12 players in 3 teams of 4 players.
Description- possession transfer game with opposition. Play starts in box 1 with 2 defenders allowed in the box. Once the attacking team has completed 3 passes or more, they can switch play into box 2. The defenders in the middle can intercept. If defenders win the ball, attackers and defenders switch with play starting in the opposite box.
Coaching points- choosing when to pass across, creating space (width and depth) within each box when in play.

Training Game (25 mins)
Setup- 7v7 field with marked outside channels. 12 players. 3 teams of 4.Description-4v4 +2. Neutrals play in wide channels, providing width for whichever team is in possession. 2 neutral subs to play 1v1 or soccer tennis. Rotate neutrals. After 8 minutes, neutrals swap with whichever team has fewer goals. After another 8 minutes, neutrals switch with whichever group hasn’t been neutrals.
Coaching g points- creating options for the ball carrier (triangles) using width and depth, choosing quickly.
