Organizational / Instructions - The coach would selected 2 catchers to wear bibs and then mark off a zone for the class to play a warm up game of tig.
Coaching Points - Let the class vote of the version of tig that they would like to play to give them a bit of choice in the session as well.
Progressions / Adaptations - If the games are not lasting that long then the coach could adapt the game by making the game zone bigger or smaller, they could swap the catchers or they could change the version of tig to a different one.

Organizational / Instructions - Whilst the class are completing their warm up the coach could then start the set up of the first skill practice whilst keeping an eye on the class doing their warm up. The coach would ask the class to get into groups of two with one standing at each cone and to pass the ball between them with the aim being to try and make the passes straight to their partner.
Coaching Points - The coach could join in if the numbers of the class are uneven and could partner up with someone. The coach could ask the class to pass to their partner using different types of passes or shouting out a number of touches that needs to be made before the ball gets passed.
Progressions / Adaptations - The coach could either widen the distance between the partners if it is too easy or they could shorten it if it is looking too difficult.

Organizational / Instructions - On the other half of the pitch the coach can set up the next skill practice which is dribbling. The coach will then bring the class over to the next skill practice keeping the groups the same and having them both stand behind the starting cone and have them dribbling individually in between the cones.
Coaching Points - The coaches aim is to see how well the class can dribble in and out of the cones and to try and make sure that the class are not missing cones or losing control of the ball and if they are then the coach needs to try and help them improve this.
Progressions / Adaptations - If the class are struggling with the task then the coach can space out the cones more or take out some cones. However, if the class seem to be completing this skill easily then the coach could add in more cones or make the spaces in between them smaller.

Organizational / Instructions - The coach would then split the class up into even teams where they will complete their conditioned game in a half pitch size. The coach would set a goal limit and when that limit is reached either the game is done or the teams may be switched.
Coaching Points - The coach needs to be making sure that the teams are not unfair and be able to monitor the game and ensure that everyone is being involved in the game.
Progressions / Adaptations - The coach could make the size of the pitch bigger if it seems to be too crowded in the pitch. If the coach notices that people are being left out during the game then they could add in a rule that every player in the team must touch the ball before the team can shoot to help make it more interactive and involving for everyone taking part.

Organizational / Instructions - Once the game is finished the coach will then send the class to do a very light cool don lap of the pitch. When they have returned the coach will then lead the class through a stretch for all the muscles used.
Coaching Points - The class will then as a group go through a stretch off with the coach taking part as well to make the class feel more comfortable and they will be able to copy the coaches exact stretches to ensure they are stretching off their muscles correctly.
Progressions / Adaptations - If the class is advanced then the coach could bring out a number of foam rollers for the class to use to help stretch off the muscles even more and could give them a numbers of stretches for them to do later on in the day after their session.

Organizational / Instructions - At the end of the session the coach would then gather the whole class around in a circle and explain to them what the coach noticed everyone was doing well and give a summary of why they chose this certain session and teach how useful it will be for them. The coach would then thank everyone for taking part and ensuring that they are all safe after the session
Coaching Points - The coach would give his speech about the session and give out the recognition to the class about how well they performed and how well their behaviour was throughout the session and help encourage the class to come back to the next session.
Progressions / Adaptations - While the coach is taking to the class they could ask any opinions that the class had about the session and to see if the coach can use this to change any future sessions and be open to any private chats with participants in private after the session if they are not willing to speak up in front of the whole class.

Introduction
Organizational / Instructions - The coach would gather the class round into a circle and explain the learning intentions of the session. The coach would then fully explain the first part of the warm up to the class.
Coaching Points - The coach needs to make sure they are speaking loudly and clearly in order for the whole class to be able to listen to them. They must also ensure that they are explaining the session correctly so that the whole class understand the session so that no one is clueless when it comes to taking part in it.
Progressions / Adaptations - If the class are not paying attention the coach should brig the class circle in closer so that they can regain the classes attention to what the coach is saying. The coach should also prevent laying out any distracting equipment to ensure that the class are not messing about with the equipment when they are supposed to be listening.
