Field split into two 20'x20' halves
Instructions:
Play 4v1 in half the field
After three passes one of the players can release to receive and shoot in the other half of the field.
When they enter the other half, 2 defenders can enter from sides to defend. Attacker takes on GK quickly so it remains 1v1

If Defender wins possession they can turn and shoot on the regulation goal
Coaching Points/Questions:
Released player needs to get shot off before closed down by the defenders and GK
Remember the shooting technique basics as the pressure of time and space close in.
Regressions:
Use bumper players to support the released player as he goes to goal
Remove 1 or both of the defenders
Progressions:
Allow the single defender in the 4v1 to pursue the released Attacker into the other half of the field.
Allow a second released player to join the Attack into the box.
