1v1 Practice
Play starts with red player passing across to blue player. As soon as the blue player touches the ball the game is live.
Blue player has to try and beat his man and score into either of the two mini goals.
If the red player wins the ball he attacks in the opposite direction and trie to score in either of the 2 mini goals.
When the turn is over, players return to the back of the queue and the next red player passes across to the next blue and play continues.
Coaching Points:
How can you beat the defender?
What skills can you use?
Which goals will you attack?
