Regressions
-Players gain a point on every pass & 3 points for a pass to a box player.
-Yellow passes to yellow, red to red, blue to blue - see how many passes your team can get in time.
-Handball in the central playing area. To score a point, a player must place the ball on the ground and pass into the box.

Progressions:
-1 ball, possession game. Attackers and defenders. A certain amount of passes wins.
-4 balls to increase chaos & repetition.
-Players must try and get passes but also can steal from the opposing team during play (at least 2 soccer balls in play).
-Players must pass into all 4 boxes for a point.
-All players are in the playing area and teammates must run into the box to score a point via a pass.
- Players score by passing to a neutral player in a corner box: 1 point for a pass on the ground, 2 points for a first touch pass, 3 points for a pass off the ground.

Organization:
-30x20 yard area (as shown)
-12 players (4 red, 4 yellow, 4 blue)
-2 balls (as shown)
Instructions:
-Teams in the playing area are attempting to pass to as many neutral players in the corner boxes as possible in 2 minutes. Teams earn a point every time they play to a player in the corner boxes.
-Rotate teams evenly every round. Keep score over three or six rounds.
Coaching Points/Questions:
-Passing technique (inside, outside, driven, lofted, curl) lock ankle, head down to strike ball, plant foot facing target, etc...
-Movement to open passing lanes for you and your teammates.
-Play as far forward as possible.
