Technical Application: 6 goal game (20 Mins)
Organization:
2 teams of 5 players plus 1 (can be more) within a 45x40 grid split into 3 zones
Objectives:
Game 1: teams get a point for succesfully passing through each of the 3 zones (marked by cones) without turning the ball over. (cannot miss a zone out)
Game 2: Teams must pass through each zone, then they can go to any of the six goals (1 touch finish)
Game 3: Teams must pass through each zone, then they can score in the goals on 1 end line (1 touch)
Game 4: no restrictions, just directional play
Key Points: Vision and awareness of space, movement off the ball to support, unbalance opposition, set up the combination, isolate overload situations.
