1) 10 minutes - warm up (ball in hands)
a) 3 mins - jogging, shuffling, carioca, skipping, high knees, butt kicks, heel walks
b) 3 mins DROM - leg swings, groin open/close,
c) 3-5 mins neural prep - acceleration, decelaration, quick feet

Setup: 2 red gates, 2 different coloured gates. 5 players per station.
A plays ball to player B, who takes a touch through either gate and then plays a ball immediately to opposing player C. A takes B's position, B takes the position of player C, and C moves into the line of Player A.
Progressions:
1) B must check away before receiving pass
2) Different parts of foot to receive pass
3) A calls out a colour of a gate that B needs to go through as they pass (or opposites)
4) A gives simple math problem (ie. 2+1); odd numbers go through a gate, even numbers through other
4) A says a type of food ; if it is healthy, go through one colour, if it is not, go through other
Progression:
After A passes to B, A sprints to win the ball from them either through the middle or through a gate, B is safe when their touch goes through a 'safe' gate; gate decision is based on angle of approach of defender
CP: high tempo, first touch off-line, attack the ball
