Instructions:
Players will split into either pairs or by themselves with a ball. Players in pairs will get a pinnie and hold it together while running around the square. Players with the ball will try and either hit the players with pinnies or pass it in between two players holding a pinnie
Hitting a player = 1 point
Passing in between a player = 10 points
Coaching Points/Questions:
Ball must be close to me so I can make a pass at any time.
Identifying opportunities to go for 10 points throughout the game
Making sure our passes are weighted

Warm Up - Handball (10 mins)
Organization:
4 teams of three playing on two fields with endzones.
Field size dependant on age.
Instructions:
A point is scored by throwing the ball to your teammate who must catch it in the end zone.
The player with the ball only gets two steps. Players without the ball can move freely.
Defending team can only intercept and can not touch the player in possession.
Coaching Points:
Pass forward/ support forward, quickly.
Player with the ball should always have two options (Forward/moving forward).
Option 1: Pass forward to score.
Option 2: Pass to someone who can score
Option 3: Keep possession.
Progressions/Regressions:
P: Play to goal - volley to score.
P: Two touch when receiving - Body part + catch.
R: 3v2+1.
R: One bouce before catch.
