33x20 (middle zone = 9x20, end zones = 12x20)
- Play starts/restarts with 3v2 with attacking team trying to break into middle zone (free space)
- The attacker that breaks into middle zone creates 2v2 in other zone (if it's done quick enough)
- One defender can recover to other zone making it 2v3 (if recovery is quick enough)
- Can't shoot until in final zones
- Play 2 mins - losers owe something (push-ups, etc)
*** Important to do a proper intensive dynamic movement warm-up prior to starting activity. Inactive players can do intensive dynamic movements during activity.

- Starts blue attacking red 1v1, then red attacks blue 2v1, then blue 2v2, then red 3v2, then blue 3v3, then red 4v3, then blue 4v4..... until all players are playing. Once Cycle is done, switch roles.

- When ball goes out of bounds on blue side - new blue starts new ball from their endline.
- When goal is scored - the team that conceded starts new players/ball from their endline & team that scored remains on the field.

Rondo - Overload to Isolate (15 mins)
30x10 (10x10 zones)
- Play starts with server playing into 3v1 in endzone (play restarts with server playing to opposite endzone)
- 3v1 - 3 attackers look to connect 3 consecutive passes
*When attackers accomplish 3 consecutive passes they look to play through the middle grid to the opposite endzone, meanwhile the defender closest to grid waiting may enter making it a 3v2 to prevent this from happening
**The farthest defender can only block passes moving laterally on the line.
***The middle attackers join the opposite endzone to start a new 3v1 and two attackers from former 3v1 join the middle area
****The farthest defender now becomes the defender in the new 3v1, the middle defender waits to enter making it 3v2, and the remaining defender can only block passes moving laterally on the line
- Defenders attempt to win the ball and dribble outside of the grid (Attackers can Counter-Press to prevent this).
- The attacker making the mistake swaps with defender and play continues.
- Play 2 mins (defenders at time owe something).
