Player B will then mve to the oposite cone from player a ,player a will then play the pass to player C and move to the back of the line as the pattern continues now with B & C.
Please note the activity always starts with the player performing the side ways movement through the cones before they receive their first pass
-after the players are getting the hang of the activity set a competition bettween the groups to see who can play one touch and keep going with out breaking the cycle, set a time limit.
Coaching Points:

-good first touch locking the ankle, heel to the ground & toes pointed up
-allow two touches ,one to control and one to pass, then as soon as the players are comfitable allow it to be one touch and try to speed up the activity to increase performance.
good quality of pass.
- encourage the players after they pass to be ready to change speed planting there foot ready to go the direction they are headed allowing a quick responce and increasing the speed of play

-turn the hurdle so it now faces the players they will still rotate the same way but run round the back of the hurdle jumping forward over it then receiving a pass they will the pass back move to the oposite cone and do the same coming from that side. make sure the players are juping off the back foot and now landing on there planting foot ready to pass.
