Dribbling and Turning: Mixed Ability
Setup:
Each player starts with the ball
The area is split into 5 zones, clearly shown by different colour cones across the area to signify when to turn.
Activity:
Depending on the skill level of the players dribble with the ball to each colour cone and return to the starting position before progressing to the next colour.
Progressions:
➕Encourage different speeds that are comfortable for each player
➕Can players perform different turns when they reach different colour cones/lines?
➕Can players reach different cones at each line before returning to the starting position?
