Title: Shuttle Fitness (with ball)
Aim: Put players in a competitive setting that tests physical fitness and ball control.
Organization: Players dribble forward to marked lines before running back to starting point, they sprint back to their ball and dribble forward again. Competitive. Record positions. Seven runs total. Four minute rest in between. Two Groups.
Duration: 20 minutes

Title: 2v2
Goal: Create an environment that promotes players dribbling, shooting and pressing to win the ball back. Competitive.
Duration: 30 Minutes
Player Actions: Dribble 1v1. Shoot. Spread Out.
Organization: Players play 2v2 in a 15x25 yard area. 3x10 minute periods with 2/3 minute water breaks. No corner kicks. No kick ins. Players must dribble or pass in. Players are not permitted to use their hands at any time. Keep score, playing for points, bring the score board.
Coaching Points: Limited - facilitate the murder ball aspect of this exercise. Discuss having a 'go to' skill within a 1v1 situation.

Title: Three team game
Aim: Create an environment that promotes players dribbling, shooting and pressing to win the ball back. Competitive.
Duration: 30 Minutes
Organization: Players play 3v3/4v4 depending on the age. Add neutral depending on the numbers / success of the activity. Bumpers on the ends to create numbers up / goal scoring opportunities. First team to two or whoever's winning after 6 minutes.
Coaching points: Limited - facilitate the murder ball aspect of this exercise. Discuss having a 'go to' skill within a 1v1 situation & 'if the ball has eyes and it can see the goal..Shoot!'
