1v1 practise 

Start this off without the ball as a tagging practise 
Make it competitive keeping the score 

Progress to a ball in the game 

-Deceive to escape 

-Score in either of the gates 
- Add in another line to make it 2v1/2v2 

If numbers are high start with 2v1

each area will have equal teams (2v2/3v3) 

In the middle will be two players who will act as central midfielders. One central midfielder will go high and the other central midfielder will go deeper. These two will look to combine and then play into the next area. 

Players should look to play on different lines and combine to break lines. 

Defenders should look to stay compact and prevent the ball going in between.
