Setup:
Endzones are 25x15. Middle zone is 25x10.
3 teams of 6.
In possession setup with back four, #6 & #8.
Defending team presses with 3 and 3 in middle zone
Activity:
Only defense can score. 1 point for scoring behind CB's (setup 8 yard wide gate).
Must make 2-3 passes in zone before option to transfer to far zone.
Opposite team may send a player into MF zone to help transfer.
Coaching Points:
~ COMMUNICATE - put advice on each pass
~ 2-touch rhythm - 1 touch to break pressure
~ Look for diagonal passes (instead of straight forward ones)
~ Pressing team - front 3 pressing as unit; middle 3 defending passing lanes

Activity:
#7 performs Out-In-Out with #10 to get behind defending fullback.
Opposing #3 tracks back to defend cross.
4v3 in the box to get on end of cross and score.
Coaching Points:
+ Defending priorities: 1) near post 2) picking up marks in the box
+ Body shape open to the field: see the ball and who is being marked
+ Clearances high and wide

Activity:
Ball starts with dark team (defenders) where it's 5v7 in midfield. Score in pug goals.
When white wins the ball they try to score in big goal. If dark team wins ball they try to get back to midfield to score in pug goals.
Coaching Points:
+ #6 supporting the play to intercept counter-attack
+ Back 4 holding high line when we have the ball; aggressively step to stop counter-attack or loose balls
+ #2/3 reading pressure on ball to know when to step (good pressure) vs when to drop (no pressure on the ball)
