Drill 4. Mini game: split numbers evenly and play mini game with the condition that players can only pass square or through and that players who shout square and through and are in the correct position earn points per receive. Player with the most points win. Uneven numbers mean one magic player, a magic player is on whoever team has the ball. Magic player can/cannot score ( up to coach to decide) and play without sticks, so hand hockey.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Players need to make a certain number of passes before a point is awarded. eg. 5 passes is one goal.
Goals can be added or used.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:

Square and through
Start with game of octopus or kind of the castle or how many passes can you make in certain amount of time.

Progression; see if they can score with various types of passing options.
Drill 2. Square and through passing - remove cones, see if they can go without cones but implement stick and ball(unopposed and technical) - pay attention to basic grip being used to execute skill. Call “square/ through”
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Start with walking them through the drill to ensure better comprehension of dril, where it will be used in game situation.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
How many goals can you and your partner score after running through the square and through options.
Coach sets out an identical drill, splits groups equally and races to see which group finishes first (repeat a couple of times).
