Pair on red cone adjacent to edge of penalty area
Various passing activities:
Pass and follow pass, 2 touch
Pass and make angles, 2 touch
Pass and make angles, 1 touch
Pass and touch to side, 2 touch
Pass and get closer/further away, 2 touch
Pass and get closer/further away 1 touch
Pass and rotate to back of line, 2 touch
Pass and rotate to back of line, 1 touch
Pass and follow pass, 1 touch

3v1 in 4 squares
8x8 squares (adapt due to age and ability)
Spare balls around squares
Start 2/3 touch
Move to 1 touch as a progression
5 passes for a goal (increase if neccessary)
Rotate defending player regularly if they don't win possession
Progress to 3v2/4v1/4v2 if time (can add extra goals for splitting defensive pairs)
Emphasis on communication, movement, receiving properly as well as correct pressing positions and posture and reading play to intercept.
