Set up area as shown, teams score by playing bumper to bumper, keep possession after each point. Defenders are stuck to their half.
Game 1 - if you tag a player before receiving you get a free kick
game 2 - defenders have free movement, must play with 2 defenders in the box with the starting bumper
Game 3 - free movement, you can not play back to bumper
game 4/5 - free movement, bumper can join in on their first touch to make an overload
5x2 minutes (1 minute rest)
Coaching Points:
spread out creating width and depth
hips open to see 3 corners of the field
space and time - drive forward and penetrate
under pressure - circulate or play diagonal passes
reference points to play high and wide with space or drop deep and support under pressure

goalkeeper passes to the #5, on the pass this releases the forward who starts edge of the box to pressure.
Ball must be passed into the box, for #6/#8/#10 to combine and play into the goal. they an dribble over or shoot. 2 defenders look to regain possession and score. There is no restrictions when the defending team have the ball.
the attacking #3 can receive outside the box, as the ball is played defenders can leave the box to pressure or they must stay inside the box.
4x4 minutes with 2 minute rest

play a small sided game with thirds and offside/retreat lines.
Game 1 - defenders must start on the retreat line and can press on the receiving players first touch, bonus point if they pass the ball into the middle third
Game 2 - defenders press on the pass, bonus point for winning the ball in defensive third. Bonus point for attacking team dribbling over the line
Game 3 - free play, bonus point for defending team winning the ball in central areas. attacking team get 2 points for skipping the middle third with a pass on the floor.
3x6 minute games with 2 minutes rest
