How to Play

Once a Blue player touches the ball, a different Black defender can press.
Rotate all teams through the defensive role.
Progression
The ball can only be transferred by running it through the middle zone.
1. Pressing defender can chase.
2. One of the defenders in the middle zone can defend (attackers - pass or take on?)

Organisation

Two teams.
Keep score, make it competitive!
How to Play
Both teams compete for possession of the ball.
A point is scored when a player runs the ball through the central square and leaves via a different side.
In the illustration, Player 11 has received the ball and dribbled through.
Player 9 vacates the space (and provides cover and balance on the side of the pitch Player 11 left.)
Progression
One of the Blue defenders can enter the square to challenge the White player - if there is a successful dribble (beat the defender) award 3 points.

How to Play
1. Normal game but players locked in.
2. Players can break into the third in front by RWTB or dribbling (stay in to create an overload until the ball goes into the next zone or is lost).
3. Free Play - observe and encourage the principles of the practice.
