8v8 SSG. 1 point for a regular goal. 3 points for any goal that had the ball go from one wide area, to the middle area, then to the opposite wide area before scoring. Occupation of middle zones of field will open up isolation opportunities in wide areas.

7v7v7 Switch point of attack activity. 3 teams of 7, with 2 in opposite halves of the field arranges in 4-3-3 set up. 1 team is trying to stop the transfer of the ball on the ground from one half to the other. 4 players go and try to win possession and connect 4 passes for a point. 2 teams in possession get 1 point for transfer of the ball through central area, 3 points for transfer of the ball through the wide gates.
