3) Moving from side to side when the ball is moved from one side to another.

For the coaching team(blue team):

1) Make sure we make the pitch as big as possible.

2) Positive coaching and communication.

3) Playing the ball with the correct foot and with the correct weight/pace.

Non-coaching team(red team):

1) Put correct pressure on the ball.

2) coaching and communication.


Coaching team(Blue team):

1) Creating space by interchanging positions in midfield.

2) When the ball is with number 5 from the blue team then 8,6 and 10 should interchange positions.

3) Recognising the trigger and creating space for each other.

4) Playing the pass on the correct foot with the correct weight.
