1-2 Passing
- Players get into groups of two and look to carefully move the ball up the pitch, passing, then moving to receive the next pass. This is mirrored by a second group doing the same thing in the opposite direction. Both sides stop at a central cone, then turn around and run the ball back.
PROGRESSION - We remove the central cones and the two groups have to play through one another, avoiding the other group and the other ball and moving into the space for each pass so they don't collide with anyone.

Girls take turns to pass the ball into the path of a running teammate who takes a touch and shoots at goal.
- We demonstrate before they start this why it might work in a game and how sometimes we pass into a space instead of passing to a person.

One 20x20 space.
- Reds start with the ball and must find a pass to someone in blue. They then need to move and find a pass off a different blue, not the one they just passed to.
- Each pass needs to be with the side of there foot.
- We can progress this into a game, moving the teams into two circles and asking them to play a rondo, where one/two players chase the ball in the middle, as the girls around the edge pass the ball to one another.
