Organization: 3 teams of 2 - 25x15 grid (split into two halves) adjust size per ability. *** Add neutral if needed.
Team RED arranges as targets at either end as well as a central midfield creator (only if numbers allow for additional neutral).
Teams BLUE and YELLOW each can have a maximum of 2 players in a half at any time (either in possession or out of possession).
Team in Possession (Blue) establishes position balance, by framing the field and creating a 3v2/4v2 in the half closest to the ball. The goal is to transition the ball to the far target by building from platforms and utilizing the central midfielder whenever possible.
Coaching Focus: Vision, Awareness and Timing
Reaction to support the ball and frame the field. Recognize the advantage and create platforms to play forward by opening body shape. Crisp passes which contain a message to play forward and/or bounce back. Communication every time the ball moves. Transition to support the ball re-frame and repeat.
Counter-Coaching Topic: Tight Team (don't split). Make play predictable and deny forward passing lanes.

Organisation:
3 blues are in the middle coned area, they are the pressing team. 1 blue presses against 3 reds to make it 3v1 in one of the boxes. The 3 reds are looking to make 4 passes and switch it to a yellow. As it gets switched the other 2 yellows must get quickly into the box with the ball, to make a 3v1 against a different blue player. The first blue presser recovers back into the middle square..
