Football/Soccer Session (Beginner): Passing and awareness - U7s (Start Time: 2018-01-08 18:00:00)
Description
This session focuses on passing, control and movement.
The bleep test isn't about endurnace it's about getting the boys and girls to start listening and focusing - at this age group they want to play and they enjoy the bleep test. It's a fun start but the point of this is to get them to work as a team and run in a co-ordinated fashion.
The 2 Rondos are then then to focus on speed of control, passing and moving - but also awareness and try and encourage them to look rather than pass and move blindly.
The reason that th final game is played as a Futsal game is to encourage pressure, and to incorporate what they've just been practising.
