Organization:
One player remains next to the blue cone
a player by each of the red cones with a ball each
8 feet apart in a triangular shape set up as shown
Instructions:
Players A recieves the ball and passes it back to the same player
players X and Y use their first touch to move the ball towards the other side of the tall orange cone and dribble back to the same side they recieved the ball and pass to player A. Player A passes it back to repeat. First group to reach 10 each wins the round. or in 45 secounds how many passes can each station complete.
Coaching Points/Questions:

Regressions/Progressions:
Progression to the 2nd diagram labelled above the middle zone
one ball for each zone, players X and Y run without the ball to the red cone after passing the ball to player A.
Player A recieves the ball and passes it to the other player making the returning run. Player A has to pass in space for the players X and Y to recieve.

The team defending the big goal must pass into space beyond the half line and recieve the ball by meeting the ball after the half line
Team attcking the goal completing 3 passes into space scores them an additional goal.

How can we put the defence or the player marking us out of ballance?
when can we change direction to utilize the space in between the opposition?

Introduction (15 mins)
Organization:
3 tall cones
one flat cone 10 feet away rom the last tall cone
Make two or three stations
Instructions:
Players hop over the tall cones with both feet together and remaining on the balls of their feet
after the last hop players sprint to the cone set ahead of them and jog backwards to the line
Coaching Points/Questions:
Stay on the balls of the feet
knees bent
play the ball into space
Regressions/Progressions:
Progression, each players starts with a pass to the player by the yellow cone and begin hopping then sprint to recieve the ball beyond the flat cone ahead of them. dribble back to the line.
