THE SESSION:

  • Players start in base position (Flat back 4). Coach calls a color representing the balls location - players react taking position to execute press, cover, and balance
  • Continue to call colors randomly to exercise correct defensive positioning and movement

PROGRESSIONS:

  • Make it a competition by having teams sit down when they lock in their positions. First team to lock in correctly wins a point
