Description
Situation: #4 receives from GK and plays a through ball to #8 who is behind lines with good advantage.

4v4v4 (15 mins)
Objective: The pace of the ball as it travels through the middle block
Rules:
- 4-5 passes before playing the ball through the middle
- 1 player from middle pressures on each side as ball switches
- If ball is intercepted in the middle, ball gets switch and team who lost possession goes in the middle
- If ball is won inside the scoring zone, player with ball can score in any of the 2 small nets.

- Make field bigger
- Body position to receive
- Check shoulder to see next pass
- Pace of the pass ; middle of foot with middle of ball

Playing through the lines - 6v6 (20 mins)
Objective: Playing the ball through the lines ; breaking lines of pressure
Rules:
- Depending on the numbers, even numbers on the middle zone
- Ball can start from team building up from small goals / goal
- If ball breaks into the striker, one extra player can enter and make 2v2
