Set up 2 fields of 4v4 or 5v5 game dependent on the amount of players available (no goalkeepers).
Let the boys play but make sure they focus on the theme of the session. Encourage players to block tackle and not dive in, close down the opponent quickly, force the attacking player in one direction while jockeying, defend with intensity and be aggressive when attempting to win back the ball from an opponent.

* Have players talk to their feet and call out the skill when the coach calls the number (E.g. Coach says, "1!" Player says, "Fake Take!" completes skill and continues to dribble).
Coaching Points:
- Can we accelerate into space with a big touch after completing our skill move?
- When we get more comfortable can we keep our head up while performing a skill move?
- Can we continuously scan to find space in the grid?
