Soccer Tennis
2 teams of 4. Ball is allowed to bounce once, player can only touch the ball once but all players can touch it.

Box Soccer
First activities are based on individual dribbling technique:
Dribble around pattern shown in diagram.
1. Reg. dribbling

Add defender:
1. Shielding (shadow defender) through circuit

2. 1 v 1
3. 1 v 1 + recovering defender

Rondo ( 5 v 2 or adapt dependant on numbers)
Players try to keep the ball away from 2 defenders. Defenders switch when they win the ball.
Nutmegs = defender stays in
10 passes = defenders stay in

Technical Passing Pattern
Player passes into player 2 who sets to player 3 who then plays to4. 4 to 5 and then 5 passes to the start again.
Progressions / Variations:
-Players can dribble to start
-Handball
-Add 1 touch
- Join both groups for big group with 2 balls

Open up with back foot having checked away and checking shoulder
