4v2 transition (2 set ups). use each 3v3 field for the 2 groups. 7 players needed for each group.
3 passes and then target can be found, either with a pass or dribble and pass into opposite grid
3 players join the target player and the 2 defenders try to win the ball back again.
After 3 passes or more the team can once again switch grids and transition
Rotate defenders every 2 mins!
Modify if #'s aren't right to 5v3 (9 players total) or add a D and 2 As in far side. If 1v1 in far side, encourage O's to dribble and #9 to stay ONSIDE move off ball to open up passing angle

4 areas w/3-4 players in each. Goal is to move ball side to side in channel to find opening and break the line to find team mate. Teams are AC and BD.

Progression 1 is to allow Def to enter into channel team is passing in to disrupt. creates more options to penetrate.
Progression 2 is allow 1 teammate from team AC to move into channel B OR Teammates from team BD to drop into C to help move ball either fwd or back to go fwd. Def can press one level or stay where they're at.

Description:
4 v 1 in defensive 3rd (5 with keeper). The center forward looks to pick the right moment to check into the middle 3rd. Once he/she moves in two players can support in attack and one player may push up in defense (see diagram). Can 9 turn and go to goal? Can 9 find the support from 7 and 11
Coaching Points:
4 B's of shielding (Ball, body (attacker), Barrier, (defender) Body), keep body side ways on between the ball and defender, use are as barrier and guide to feel defenders movement. Turn away from pressure.

Description:
4 v 1 in defensive 3rd (5 +GK). If no GK, NP.
CM or striker is the target. Once the ball goes into the midfield the game is live scrimmage w/no conditions. No corners, throwing's yet. ball starts with the team who didnt kick the ball out.

If looks to tight, just split the 3v3 field in 1/2's for tech 1 drill.
