Method:
Passing exercise and Warm up
2x squares/rectangles as show
1x player each cone inside and 2 or more at each cone outside
Pass and follow, Change direction and add in progressions. Pass and Set or Pass, Set and wrap but always follow.
Coaching Points:
Quality of Pass, First Touch, 'Touch and Play'
Sprint between cones, communicate

Method:
3 teams of 4 or 5. 1 team versus the other 2 teams so 4 v 8 for example
The 4 defending team try to press, win ball and T2A and score in any of the 4 goals for a set amount of time i.e. 4 mins
The opposition(s) try to keep possession
Coaching Points:
*Pressure on the ball
*Reactions to the ball / nearest player . Cover and Balance (arrow head shape)
*transition to attack / play forward toward goal
Opposition role to keep possession, find space, out move defenders, good quality passing, open body to receive and touch n play.

Method:
Even number of players inside and outside as shown 8v8 but could be 4v4 or 6v6
Even number of balls. Pitch size 20x20
Inside player must run, call for ball and set it back to outside player then run and do same with another player for 1 min.
Change skill: 1. Set pass 2. Volley wit lift shuffle volley with right 3. chest and volley 4. receive with left and return with right 5. receive, turn out and pass to different player
Coaching Points:
Use inside of the foot to set ball, rotate feet (use both)
Sprint inside between players, communicate, get as many passes in 1 min and accurately
