Split the area into 4 channels. If space allows have space in between channels
Defenders play the ball up to the attackers
Attackers control the ball and attempt to beat the defender
Focus is on the defenders
Defenders can't let the attacker beat them
Close the attacker down: FAST-SLOW-SKATEBOARD-LOW
Get out to the attacker fast
Slow down just before you reach the attckers so they don't run past you
Side on like you would be on a skateboard
Low centre of gravity allows you to change direction quickly
Don't jump in, slow attacker down, force them out towards the line (away from goal), force them into making a mistake, tackle with front foot. If you do get beat recover get back goal side to win the ball back
If attacker beats defender 1 point, must cross the end line to score
If defender wins the ball 2 points, if you can dribble past the end line to score an extra point (3 in total)

Split group up into 2 GK in the goal
Defenders start by passing the football out to the attackers, attackers control the ball and, cross the blue line and attempt to beat the defender to attack the goal
Defender closes down the ball, and attempts to win or play the ball out, or dribble over the blue line (start an attack)
Close the attacker down: FAST-SLOW-SKATEBOARD-LOW
Get out to the attacker fast
Slow down just before you reach the attckers so they don't run past you

Drill starts with GK playing the ball out to CB's who will then pass up to the attackers
There will be a 3v2 in the middle
If defenders win the ball look to play the ball to the wide MF for them to start the attack and dribble over the half way line
