Play in the centre is now between 2 even teams and players are only allowed to now play to a team mate in the corner zones.
Move this part of session on by the player that plays the ball to the target zone the switches with that player and the target man joins the play in the centre.

Continue with same set up but now add in 2 boxes set back at either end of the pitch. This now gives the option of the long pass aswell as the short sharp passing to the team that is in possession. Communication is now key between players in the central area and the target man to identify where the target man is or needs to be.

Start with multiple teams and balls in the centre of the area, some even teams and some overloads, i.e 2v1, 3v2 etc and a player in each of the 4 corner target areas. Aim of the session is to retain possesion and play the ball to any of the players in the corner target zones
Progress session by not allowing the ball to be played back into the same corner target twice in succession.
