Reverse Goal Game. (10 mins)
Method:
Two teams.
Anything from 4v4,5v5,6v6.
Each team attack and defend two goals.
The goals can only be scored from behind the middle section which is the main play area.
In this example green start one side and can pass to any team player to recycle but can only score by everyone getting a touch and when player other end tomstarting player receives it they must shoot whichever goal.
If they score it’s one goal for them , if they miss it’s for pink.
On next phase the pink swap positions with green and we play to a score first team to 5 wins.
Coaching Points:
This Game encourages passing and running forwards.
