Organization:
10x20 yard area (grid)
Groups of 6 players
Cones / Flags / Markers / Poles (4 different objects matched on each corner)
Instructions:
- First Player in the groups move around the three cones; on coaches command, it's a race to one of the four corners (which ever coach calls out).
- Point to the team of the quicker player.
Coaching Points:
- Head Up
- Quick feet
- Low center of gravity
- Explosive movement to flag or cone that is called
- Quick thinking/decision making
Progressions:
- Opposite of what coach calls (if flag, go to cone and vice versa)
- Vary the movement around the three cones
- Add a pass from the next person in line waiting, and person whose turn it is has to dribble while executing sequence

Organization:
6 cones, 3 lines, 3 to 4 players per area.
Instructions:
- Players dribble to either cone on the middle line and perform the Rivelino.
Coaching Points:
- Using correct feet to execute move
- Angle of movement feint towards 2 o'clock to 10 o'clock (vice versa for opposite foot)
- Exaggeration of of shoulders and head to help sell the move more
- Head up to observe next course of action
- If wider touch taken with outside foot (might look to pass); if closer touch taken with outside of the foot (might look to seal off the defender and continue forward)
Progressions:
- Previous sessions girls have been learning step overs, They will do a step over into a rivelinio
- Addition of semi-opposed pressure (players dribbling at each other)

Organization:
Players split in half, 2 cones where teams start and 1 end zone.
Instructions:
- Teams take it in turns to try and score (dribbling through end zone) as soon as ball goes out or player scores, next pair goes.
- 10 second countdown per match.
Coaching Points:
- Get in line to receive the ball and Head up to locate goal
- Recognition of defender (speed of approach)
- Choice of which goal to attack based on defender's pressure
- Quick decision to perform move
- Head up to find goal, seal off defender after move and accelerate to goal

- Look to find and attack 1v1 or 2v1 situations.
- Off the ball movement.
- Combination play.
- Shoot when opportunity arises.
- Find target player early.

Juggling Warm-Up (10 mins)
Organization:
30x40 yard grid, each Player with a ball.
Instructions:
- Players work in pairs. Set number of touches allowed. If player misplays the ball, a point is given to the other player. Play for a fixed time, winners move up to play a new player.
Coaching Points:
- Players try to improve their touches (suppleness, control and foot-eye coordination) by juggling with different surfaces of their feet & body.
