Aim of the game is to score in either of the mini goals in the final third, you must either pass the ball or dribble into the final third to successfully break into it, once in the final third you have several seconds to finish.
Target- score into mini goals
Conditions- must be in final third to score
Progression- all team mates must be in final third to score- works on physical output
Progression two- Minimum of 5 passes before scoring a goal- works on breaking down defence

Defending team needs to stay compact and protect the final third, attackers will use combinations to break into the final third area and score into the goal, after each attack they will head back to their half, grab another ball and go again. They only have several seconds for the attack.
The job for the defensive team is to get the ball into either of the mini goals, after successfully nullifying the attack.
The principle of the play is to defend the final third using blocks, staying touch tight or blocking the passing lanes of the attacking team.
Attacking team trying to score into the goal- target
Defending team need to get out and score into a mini goal
Attacking team Must retreat pass half way before attack can start- condition
Can the defensive team limit the attackers to two touches. (Applying pressure)
Progressions- limit top attacking players to one touch
Add in that defensive team must start in the final third and sprint out to put pressure and close space of the attackers.
