Part Progression1 (30 mins)

Organisation Set Us diagram The cones at either end can be used as full back & centre backs for game relevance3 players are working in the middle.The practice starts with each FB from either side with a ball, players must follow their pass.

RFB players to CB who plays into LFB LFB who play into 1 - 1 sets 2 who plays into the path of 3 who spins off his cone3 Players in white RFB

Organisation -

4 areas plus the middle zone

Players will play a 2 vs 1.

To start with Players will be locked into zones.

Progression - Players can rotate freely amongst zones, however must try to keep a 2 v 1 situation in each area.

1 Point is scored everytime to ball is successfully transfered through the middle zone to a new area.

rewards players with a goal if successful at any of the above

best team with rotation/movement wins players to decide

Allow players to decide for themselves ( allow time for this)

If players are struggling  allow play who receives time to get his head up without being tackled  (3 secs)

If players receive in the middle (shaded area) they cant be tackled introduce a time.
