4 areas plus the middle zone
Players will play a 2 vs 1.
To start with Players will be locked into zones.
Progression - Players can rotate freely amongst zones, however must try to keep a 2 v 1 situation in each area.
1 Point is scored everytime to ball is successfully transfered through the middle zone to a new area.
