Can adjust size of drill dependent on players (less players smaller square, more players larger square)
The objective for the reds is to keep possession and pass the ball to a player in the end zone and get the ball back in order to score. Once completed, they try attack the other end. If the blues win the ball back in their own half, they have to pass to an end zone player behind them before attacking the other end. To start with, players in the middle can pass to any end zone player (e.g. reds can pass to blue end zone player). End zone players cannot try take the ball off eachother.
Rotate players after 2 or so minutes.
Progression 1: You can only pass to a player on your team in the end zone (e.g. reds CANNOT pass to blue end zone player)
Progression 2: When a red or blue player passes the ball to the end zone, the end zone player comes in, and the other player goes out
