Ball Mastery Touchwork with Finish Circuit
Groups of 5/6
Half Pitch divided into 4 quarters
Grid 1
Players dribble thorugh cones bounce ball off rebound board and finish. Players get own ball then perform exercise on ladder and return to the beginning. (8 mins.)
Grid 2
Mine Field - Players dribble through mine field, exit mine field, perform a move to get around cone and shoot. Players get own ball and perform two footed hop through hurdles and return to the beginning, (8 mins.)
Grid 3
Players dribble through cones across face of goal, go around far cone and shoot. Players get own ball perform one footed hop over hurdles and return to the beginning. (8 mins.)
Grid 4
Possession Rondo. (8 mins.)
Emphasis on touchwork and dribbling.

5 Point Star Session
Players dribble at pace from station to station and leave the ball to the next player to continue to the next station.
Progressions
Players then pass, 2 touch, in the same pattern.
Players then paly a 1-2 combination to release teammate to the next station.
Each station 2 players with the exception of the starting station which has the overload. Two balls in play. Option is to have 4 players per station and overload at starting station with 4 balls in play to create traffic.
