2v1 - same set up as warm up but add a defender. Players on outside must pay 2 touch minimum but can play more to create space. They score a point for each time they pass the ball through the diamond using 2 touches without the defender intercepting. Play for 90 seconds then switch the defender.
Coaching Points - pace of pass, disguise the movement, know where you are going before you receive the ball, keep the ball moving into space.

3v1 - teams of 3. 1 team is attacking and 1 player from the other team is defending with the other 2 waiting on outside. Team of 3 has to complete 3 or more consecutive passes in one grid before they can dribble through the central channel (unopposed) to the other side to score a point. A new defender then comes in to the other grid and the first defender steps out. If the defender wins possession the teams quickly switch roles.
Coaching Points - pass into the leading foot, body position, support play, explode into space.

Warm Up (10 mins)
Fundamental warm up - players work in pairs passing and moving around a diamond. First pass goes through the diamond to other player. Receiving player takes a touch around a cone and passes back to other player (who has moved to a new space).
Players should go in different directions depending on the pass, the foot they use, the surface of the foot they use.
Coaching Points - be on the balls of your feet, bend your knees, cushion the pass, disguise movement, use different parts of the foot.
