Setup:
Field size: Half field
Players: 15
Equipment: 2 Pop up goals, 2 Red bibs.20 balls.
Explanation:
Play is mirrored on both sides of the field.
Ball starts with the Goalkeeper who plays it to their centre back, the centre back plays the ball forward into their #6. The #6 plays it out wide to their full back who then plays a wall pass with their attacking midfielder. The Full back then scores in the pop up goal. All players follow their pass, except the attacking midfielder who collects the ball from the pop up goal and dribbles it at speed down the outside of the field to rejoin the beginning of the sequence.
Red players put passive pressure on the 6,2,8 positions to force them to play in the correct direction.Change the player in the bib regularly.
Dynamic movements whilst waiting for the ball.
