One the coaches whistle, centre players will switch and create a sprint to the next box. 

Within each activity box, the coach must change the activity. For example; Quick passes, headers, volleys. 

High intensity, demanding.

Pitch Running

Squared Running. Include footballs for dribbling. High intensity. Running to each group.

For example, group 1 will run to group 2, which sets group 2 off. Gives teams rest while waiting for the next group. 

Either use a half, or full pitch.

Running

Simple running. In pairs.

One person will run from the half way line to the edge of the box, round the pole and back again. Each person goes on the coaches whistle. 

Time it. Start with 20 seconds (for example), bring it down slowly. Rest breaks are while the partner is running. 

High demand and intensity.

two hurdles, followed by slalom poles, followed by two hurdles. At the end is a pole with cones around it.

After the hurdles and slalom poles, players must out a cone over the pole. First team with all the cones on the poles win.
