4 v 3 - adding and dropping players depending on if attacking or defending in live play.

Screen 1 (40 mins)

Set Up: 40ft x 60 ft field,

Instructions: simply 4v3, if team loses ball the defending team with 3 players adds a player to make 4 and the team which lost possession needs to drop a player in transition to now defend with 3.

Coaching Points: Attacking: possession, get the ball in deep and work the weak side finsih. Defending: quick transition and balance the back with 2 then press and contain, try to eliminate weak side attack.

Opportunity to coach turnovers, there will be many turnovers to begin with, however the emphasis is on making good choices and being creative once the ball is in deep. Risk increases with ball possion in the attacking area. Challenge the players to have as few turnovers as possible and capitalize once you have possession.
