Skill
1 pitch 20x30 mtrs with pairs of cones to meet required numbers
Technique 10 mins
Equipment needed
12 cones of one colour, 6 of another
Bibs 1 colour, 6-8
Set up
Give players bibs to start, even amount of reds, greens
Set cones opposite each other in pairs about 15M apart. and a blue cone 1 meters away to one side.(creating a gate, wide enough for just one player)Put 3 of green and 3 of red either side of the single red cones, facing the red and blue cones like shown.
Instruction
Coach plays a Simon says type of game, when the coach says a key word ("Run", "Now" or anything of your choosing)the players race and jostle to be the first through the Red and blue gate.Progression/Regression
Progression: Players start facing backwards, sitting down.
Challenges, Conditions and Targets
Pair up players evenly on size and speed as best as possible.
Keep a score of which colour wins the most battles.
Players should show some physicality when trying to get through gates, i.e. use body to keep other player away or get in front

Instruction
Players face towards the gate, the coach is standing in the middle of the groups and behind the players. Coach throws the ball in and the players must react, then compete for the ball and dribble the ball through the gate.Progression/Regression
Progression: Players start facing backwards, sitting down.
Progression : alternate ways in which the ball is served.
Progression : Allow ball to be be passed through the cones.

Conditions
have flat discs creating narrow Gates
if you run the ball through a gate its a point, goals are a point.
Run the ball through a gate and go onto score 3 points.

Progression : Colours are opposite of coaches shout. ( Coach shouts blue- red cone is the target)
