Endurance based session with a mixture of game play, ball work and running, all completed within a timed circuit.

Squad is Split into Groups of 8 on each station.
Station 1 - 4 v 4. Scoring in 2 goals in either corner. 1 touch finish, must be in opponents half to score
Station 2 - Interval Run. Players in 2's on one of the 4 poles. In there 2's players must run 3 poles in under 35 seconds. In their 2's they will complete 4 runs before they are back to the start. (Approx 10 mins to return to the start)
Station 3 - Head Tennis, recovery station.

Dynamic Warm Up (25 mins)
Stage 1 - Players complete a series of dynamic based football exercises in between the cones
High Knees, Heel Flicks, Side Steps, High Skips, Jockeying
Stage 2 - Dynamic stretching.
Groins Open & Close, Hamstring & Glute Kicks, Lunges, Alternating Side Lunges, Walking Quad Stretch
Stage 3 - Speed and Agillity Players can now work sideways and backwards within the grids
1- 3/4 pace to second cone x 4
2- Cone 2 back, Cone 3 Finish x 4
3 - Cone 2, side steps L&R x 4
4- Cone 2, side steps L&R, backwards to 1, through to 3 x 4
