- teams will spend 10 minutes at each cones.
- goalkeeper will change every 3 attacks.
- point scored for every time a defender prevents the attacker from shooting or blocks the shot.
Progressions/Regressions:
1. Progression - call two/three numbers to make it 2v2/3v2.
2. Progression - give attacker just 6 seconds to have an attempt at goal; will increase urgency and therefore make defending more difficult due to the tempo.

Session design:
Organisation:

Progressions/Regressions:
1. Progression - implement sustained attack vs defence and make it 8v6 overload for attacking team; this will make it more difficult for the defensive team.
Planned Interventions:
- Coaching process to help team achieve one of their three aspects; i.e., funnel play out wide and press - would focus on body shape to block central passing lanes and force play wide, and then press and block options for wide player in possession.
