Warm Up Variation 12
DRILL 1 (4 mins)
Hourglass pattern with diagonal player cross overs.
G1 & G2 start together. They both follow the same pattern (forward then a diagonal run back to the opposites starting position). On the diagonal both groups cross over in a one-for-one formation. This begins to stimulate mental focus in each player as they need to concentrate on correct timing. The forward component will vary in preparation exercises, with the diagonal run only changing in intensity.
At varying intervals, each Group will stop at starting position and complete a range of dynamic movements/stretching conducted by me.
