1 V 1 In each of the 12 by 12 areas

2 blue players can go in to any zone where the ball is to create a 3 v 1 situation

looking to keep possession and move it in to any of the other 3 zones when it is safe to do so, from this the 2 blues look to move in to that area to continue to support team in possession and create an overload.

if team in possession lose ball, they become defending team, blue players always continue to help team in possession

key points

1, importance of shielding the ball while waiting for support - body position (side on, ball furthest point away from defender with arm out to protect possession)

2, movement to receive ball

3, communication

4, quality and speed of pass

5, body position when receiving ball (open up to see as much of area as possible, can now make a decision to pass or protect ball until support arrive)

6, Blue players movement in square where possession is and then when ball has moved in to next zone (quick and in to space)
