Blue triangle passes the ball to the striker (9). 9 then moves around the passive defender to shoot. The 9 then turns and runs around the outside passive defender to receive a pass from the blue triangle and then shoots.
Orange triangles are passive defenders.

Organization
Blue triangle plays ball into CF (9) who takes touch inside the passive defender and on second touch looks to finish past the GK
The attacker then makes recovery run into wide passive defender and receives a pass from the blue triangle down the outside to finish first time in the box
Progression 1
Ball will be fed in from the blue triangle from different angles and heights to challenge the attacker's first touch and control
Progression 2
Introduce active defenders (yellow) to play against attackers

Blue triangle (8) passes to the striker (9) who passes back to the on running attacking center mid (10) who then passes to the on running outside mid (7) or back (2). This player then crosses or passes the ball into the center of the goalie box.
Orange cones are passive defenders

1 passes to an on running three, (the run is triggered with the onset of the first pass from 1).
3 then passes to an on running player 2, who then passes to the on running 4.
4 then passes to five who is in front of the goal.
Rotation
1 moves to 4, 2 moves to 3, 4 moves to 5, 5 dribbles back to the start
