Using the mannequins as defenders, movement is key to keep the ball and create space
- Trying different combinations around the mannequins
- Speed of the movement to receive
- Weight of pass
- Try combinations 1 or 2 passes
- Timing of movement
- Recognising triggers to pass or receive
Player B must look to receive on their back foot to player forwards to CB must always look at starting position before moving to receive - Near the mannequin # Blind side of the defender - Movement must be sharp
Player B to work for 1 min just working on the touch and get a feel for the movement unopposed
Introduce various progressions
