This is a compact and low-stress game for players to play within. It trains both side's ability to play within a defensive block. This also challenges the opponent to learn to play within the block. The opponents in pink are set up within a 1-4-3 formation. The grays then attack with a 4-3 (Box Midfield). The grays then look to attack the pinks. The challenge will be finding space between the lines and finding opportunities to have an impact n the opponent.

Passing Sequence (10 mins)
This is a passing activation sequence designed to encourage players to play with an open body position. The idea of playing through the midfield and performing in a mid-block will require players to play with a head and shoulder position that allows for awareness around them.
